Q. Will my FILA membership points be transferred over to the new FILA membership portal? 

Yes, your FILA membership points will be migrated and reflected in the new  Membership Portal. 

Q. I am a FILA VIP, will I still have a 10%  member discount?

Effective June 10, 2024, we will be revising the  membership discount benefits according to the updated FILA membership tiers 

Q. How do I know which FILA membership tier  I belong to? 

You can login to the FILA membership portal  and view your membership tier on the virtual member card in the Member Center. 

Q. How are my FILA Points accumulated?

FILA Points can be earned and accumulated as per reflected in the table above.

Points will not be accumulated for purchases made at FILA Department stores at Takashimaya Department.

Q. What can I redeem with my FILA Points?

You may redeem your FILA Points to offset your purchases. This is capped at $100 value per transaction per day. Refer to the following for the FILA Points to $Value exchange.

400 FILA Points = $25, 800 FILA Points = $60, 1200 FILA Points = $100

Q. Where can I use my FILA Points?

FILA Points may be redeemed and used across our FILA & FILA Kids in Singapore, except at our FILA Department stores at Takashimaya Department, FILA & FILA Kids IMM Outlet Stores and FILA Online Store.

Q. When will my FILA Points expire?

The points will expire 12 months from date of purchase and you may check your points history in the Membership Portal.
