Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed by our delivery service provider to the email address you provided us at checkout.

 

Additional Information

  1. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays). Please note that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays and peak periods.
  2. We are unable to ship to any PO Box, military or protected areas.

FAQs

Q. Will my FILA membership points be transferred over to the new FILA membership portal?

Yes, your FILA membership points will be migrated and reflected in the new Membership Portal.

Q. Can I still accumulate and redeem my membership points anymore?

In Phase One of this Membership Portal update, you are still able to accumulate FILA Points when you shop across FILA stores. As points exchange and redemption are not available in Phase one, the validity of points accumulated during this period will be extended for the duration of Phase one. 

Q. Will I still have a 10% member discount?

In Phase One of this Membership Portal update, there will be no changes to your membership discount of 10% off.
However when Phase Two takes effect, your membership discount will be revised according to the updated the Membership Tiers and Benefits.
